About Ram Mandir

The Ram Mandir stands in the Pashupatinath temple area of Kathmandu, on the far bank of the Bagmati river from the main Pashupatinath temple. The whole area is one of the holiest Hindu pilgrimage sites in Nepal and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

There are two views here: one from the terrace in front of the temple, and one among the row of stone shrines beside it.

How to look around Ram Mandir

Drag the picture with a finger or the mouse to turn, or use the arrow keys. Pinch or scroll to zoom in on a detail, and choose Full screen to fill the display. The view is a whole sphere, so you can look straight up and down as well as all the way round. On a phone, “Move phone to look” turns the view as you turn the phone, and in a browser that supports VR an Enter VR button appears for a headset. The darshan is free and runs in the browser, with nothing to install. The photographer and the licence are named under each picture.

A virtual darshan is a way to see and remember the temple, not a substitute for the yatra or for worship there. AaradhyaHub is not affiliated with the temple or its committee. For a pooja performed with full vidhi, book a verified pandit.
