Before you book

Which pooja do I need?

It depends on the occasion rather than on preference — a new home is Griha Pravesh, a plot before construction is Bhoomi Pujan, a thanksgiving at home is usually Satyanarayan Katha. Each ritual page below opens with when that ceremony is traditionally performed. If the occasion is not listed, tell us what it is and we will say which ritual applies, or that none does.

Is the pooja samagri included in the price?

No, not unless the booking explicitly says so. The pandit assigned to you sends the full samagri list well before the date, so nothing is bought twice or missed on the morning.

Can a pooja be performed online?

Some can, over live video with the pandit. Which rituals are available online is set per ritual and shown on the booking form — a ceremony that genuinely needs the pandit present is not offered as an online booking.

Which areas do you serve?

We staff Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Meerut. A booking outside these is better refused than accepted, so the city list on the booking form is the honest limit of where a pandit can reach.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three days gives the widest choice of pandit. A week is better for a wedding or a Griha Pravesh tied to a specific muhurat. Shorter notice is often possible — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it.

Planning around the calendar

Many families fix the date before the ritual. The daily panchang carries today's tithi and nakshatra along with the vrat and festival dates ahead, and a free Kundli is often what a family consults first when a ritual is being held for a specific person.
